A Message from Chairman Dolores Hunter

The Board of Directors of Maserculiq, Incorporated have wanted to find a way to better advise our shareholders of what their ANCSA for-profit corporation is doing. The 46th Annual Meeting was held virtually on May 15, 2021 due to Covid postponements. Dolores Hunter and Zena M. Disney were elected by the shareholders of Maserculiq, Incorporated as board members.
The Board of Directors, at their May 2021 meeting, elected the following officers:

Vice-Chair, Zena M. Disney
Secretary-Treasurer, Christopher Fitka
Board Members, George Wright and Willie Fitka, III

1. First Place – Two prizes of $300.00
Second Place – Four prizes of $200.00
Third Place – Six prizes of $150.00
Fourth Place – Eight prizes of $125.00
There will be two sets of prizes. One for all electronically filed proxies and one for all other filings. If you vote electronically and do not win a prize your name will automatically be placed into the second drawing.
