The 46th Annual Meeting was held virtually on May 15, 2021 due to Covid postponements. Dolores Hunter and Zena M. Disney were elected by the shareholders of Maserculiq, Incorporated as board members.
The Board of Directors, at their May 2021 meeting, elected the following officers:
